The Behavior Brand was founded by Leonel Garcia, M.A, BCBA. 'Leo' earned his Master of Arts degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Professional Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University. Throughout his career of 8+ years of working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD, he has coordinated with treatment teams to develop and implement evidence based treatment strategies aimed towards skill acquisition and behavior reduction for even the most challenging behavior targets. During this journey, 'Leo' has dealt with hundreds of questions and techniques/strategies that have been compiled to deliver an experience directly to you in order to learn how to implement behavior technologies to promote the development of your child just as any trained behavior (ABA) professional would!
