1. Get Started

Fill out our intake form found in the link below, and submit it to us via email at info@thebehaviorbrand.com. Be sure to include all requested patient information including the doctor diagnosis and your child’s insurance card!

2. Authorization

We will contact your insurance company to determine if you have coverage for ABA services. Once we know that you are approved, we will continue with the process.

3. Assessment

In order to determine how many hours of ABA your child needs, the BCBA conducts an in-depth assessment of your child in your home.

4. Therapy

Our BCBAs will develop a treatment plan to be implemented by our behavior technicians, who are under constant supervision. The BCBAs will also provide family training and support.
